Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through the kamok.lt online store.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed twice a week. Items are first received from the supplier, then shipped to the customer:

  • Orders placed by Monday 12:00 PM — items are received on Tuesday morning, shipped on Tuesday evening.
  • Orders placed by Wednesday 12:00 PM — items are received on Thursday morning, shipped on Thursday evening.
  • Orders placed after the specified time will be processed in the next shipping cycle.

Note: delivery time is calculated from the moment of dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

Printful Items (Print-on-Demand)

Some of our assortment (posters, apparel, accessories, etc.) is produced and shipped directly via Printful — a print-on-demand service. These items are subject to separate delivery terms and prices:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days.
  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days after production, depending on the destination country.
  • Delivered to over 100 countries worldwide.
  • The exact delivery cost is specified during the order process.
  • Printful items are shipped separately from other KamOk order items.

Parcel Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier's website:

Bulky Items

Delivery of items weighing more than 30 kg or with large dimensions (e.g., bathroom furniture, shower enclosures, radiators) is arranged individually. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location.

Delivery of such items is to the door (not inside the apartment or to an upper floor). If lifting assistance is required, please inform us in advance.

If Parcel Is Not Received or Delayed

  • If the parcel is not delivered within the specified time, first check the tracking number on the carrier's website.
  • If the parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days.
  • In case of a lost parcel, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. A resolution will be provided within 14 business days.

If Item Is Received Damaged

  • Upon receiving the parcel, check the condition of the packaging before signing.
  • If the packaging is damaged, draw up a damage report with the carrier or refuse to accept the parcel.
  • Inform us about any damage within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos.

Holiday Periods

During Lithuanian public holidays (Christmas, New Year, Midsummer, etc.), order processing and delivery may be delayed. We will inform you in advance about possible delays via email or on the website.
