Data deletion instructions
You can request to access, rectify, restrict the processing of, or delete your personal data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
How to submit a request
- Write an email to info@kamok.lt or call +370 673 91444.
- Provide your name, the email address used for the order or account creation, and clearly describe your request.
- For security reasons, we may ask for additional identity verification. Please do not send more documents or data than requested.
What data we can delete
We will delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed for providing services and that we are not obligated to retain. The request may also be forwarded to Shopify and other data processors when necessary for its fulfillment.
What data may be retained
We are obligated to retain certain order, invoice, payment, refund, and communication data for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, warranty obligations, or legal requirements. Such data will not be used for incompatible purposes and will be stored only as long as necessary.
Response time
We will respond to your request within the timeframe specified by the GDPR and other applicable laws. In complex cases, the deadline may be extended, and the person who submitted the request will be informed accordingly.
