DATA DELETE INSTRUCTIONS
Your data protection and privacy
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our commitment to protecting your privacy, you have several important rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

How to request deletion of your data
If you would like us to delete your personal data from our system, please follow these steps:
- Write us an email at: info@kamok.lt
- Please specify the subject: "Data deletion request"
- Include information: your first name, last name, and the email address associated with your account
- Verify your identity: Additional information may be required to verify your identity
What data will be deleted?
Upon your request, we will delete the following data:
- Your account information (name, surname, email)
- Order history and information
- Contact details
- Delivery addresses
- Login details
- Other personal data relating to you
Important information
Some data may be retained due to legal obligations:
- Retention of accounting and tax records in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (usually 10 years)
- Invoice and payment records
- Data required for resolving legal disputes
- Data required for guarantees and returns
Response deadline
We will respond to your request and delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email when the data has been deleted.
Other rights
Data Export: If you would like to receive a copy of your data, please email us with the subject "Data Export Request". We will send you your data in a machine-readable format (CSV or JSON).
Data Correction: If you notice that your data is incorrect or inaccurate, you can correct it by logging into your account or by contacting us.
