Financing for larger purchases
Need money for larger purchases? Meet ESTO Small Loan. You can quickly fill out an online application, and ESTO will provide a financing decision after assessing your creditworthiness.
Filling out the online application takes only a few minutes.
ESTO evaluates the submitted information and provides an individual offer.
In case of a positive decision, the agreement can be confirmed remotely.
How to submit an application?
- Click the "Submit an application to ESTO" button.
- Fill in the requested information in the ESTO system.
- Upon receiving a positive decision, review the terms and confirm the agreement with a digital signature.
Attention! Before signing the agreement, carefully read the proposed contract terms and, if necessary, consult with an ESTO employee or another specialist.
For example, if you borrow 500 EUR, the annual percentage rate of charge (APR) for ESTO Small Loan will be 25.48%, the fixed interest rate – 8.90% per year, the contract fee – 7.9 EUR, the monthly administration fee – 1.90 EUR, the total loan amount and instalments – 844.2 EUR (provided that the loan is repaid over 60 months in equal monthly instalments of 14.07 EUR). Conditions may change depending on the selected amount, contract term, or creditworthiness assessment results.
Payment methods
When shopping at KamOk, you can choose one of three ESTO payment methods. The possibility to finance your purchase and the final conditions depend on ESTO's decision.
ESTO Leasing
ESTO Leasing allows you to split the purchase price into monthly installments. At checkout, select "ESTO Leasing", specify the desired repayment period, fill out the application, and upon receiving a positive decision, sign the contract with a digital signature.
Example: when purchasing an item for 410 EUR and choosing a 48-month term, the annual interest rate is 14.9%, monthly administration fee – 2.90 EUR, monthly installment – 16.53 EUR, total annual percentage rate of charge (APR) – 44.26%, total amount payable – 793.44 EUR. Specific conditions are provided in the individual ESTO offer.
ESTO 3
The purchase amount is divided into 3 equal parts. No interest, additional fees, or initial deposit. You will receive the first invoice next month, and it will need to be paid by the 15th.
ESTO Pay Later
Pay for your purchase within 30 days. No interest, additional fees, or initial deposit.
How to choose ESTO payment in KamOk store?
- Add desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select "ESTO Leasing", "ESTO 3" or "Buy now, pay later".
- After placing the order, continue in the ESTO window, fill out the application and confirm the agreement.

Delivery and payment
Order preparation and dispatch
Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, we begin preparing it. We first receive some items from our partners' or suppliers' warehouses to the KamOk warehouse, where we inspect, pack, and hand them over to the carrier.
We typically hand over the order to the carrier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and aim to do so within 3 business days. This is not a guaranteed timeframe. Delivery of goods from a partner's warehouse, changes in stock, public holidays, carrier workload, or other circumstances beyond our control may extend the preparation time. If order preparation takes longer, we will inform you via email.
Standard shipment limits
The standard shipping cost automatically displayed in the checkout applies only to shipments that do not exceed the following limits:
- Courier delivery: single package weight – up to 25 kg, longest package side – up to 120 cm.
- Delivery to a parcel locker: single package weight – up to 10 kg, maximum dimensions – up to 39 × 38 × 64 cm.
The buyer must assess the dimensions and weight specified in the product description before placing an order. If the item or its packaging exceeds at least one of the specified limits, the standard parcel locker, courier, or free shipping rate does not apply.
Delivery of bulky, long, and heavy items
The delivery cost for bulky, long, heavy, palletized, fragile, or items requiring special transport is calculated individually based on actual package dimensions, weight, delivery address, need for carrying upstairs, and the carrier's offer.
If such an item is ordered and paid for without clarifying the delivery cost, the delivery amount shown in the checkout is not final. Upon receipt of the order, we will provide an updated delivery cost via email. The order will be handed over to the carrier only after receiving explicit buyer consent and, if necessary, payment of the price difference.
If the buyer does not agree with the updated delivery cost, the non-standard item or, if the buyer chooses, the entire order will be canceled, and the money paid for the canceled items will be refunded.

Delivery methods and cost
Available delivery methods and estimated cost are shown in the checkout based on the contents of your cart and delivery location.
Free standard shipping in Lithuania applies to orders from 250 €, when the usual cost of the chosen delivery does not exceed 10 € and the shipment meets standard shipment limits.
Delivery time after dispatch
After the shipment is handed over to the carrier, the delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, location, and nature of the shipment. When the carrier provides a tracking number, we will send it via email or provide it in the order information.
Damaged or delayed shipment
If you notice packaging damage, if possible, document it together with the courier. Take photos of the outer packaging, shipment label, internal protection, and the item. Send the photos and order number to info@kamok.lt as soon as possible.
If tracking does not change for a long time or the shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us – we will contact the carrier and inform you about the investigation progress.
Payment
The active payment methods are displayed in the checkout. These may include bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and, where applicable, ESTO financing. ESTO assesses applications based on its own terms and conditions.
